Two Asian Americans played a pivotal role in the Seattle Seahawks‘ 43-8 Superbowl trouncing of the Denver Broncos.
Wide receiver and Filipino American Doug Baldwin helped put the game away with a touchdown grab from Russell Wilson in the 4th quarter on a first and goal, erasing any doubt about who would win this game.
Baldwin was the Hawks leading receiver with 5 catches for 66 yards and a touchdown.
When you allow the number 1 offensive team in the NFL to score only 8 points, a lot of credit has to go to the defense.
Hats off to Rocky Seto, the team’s defensive passing game coordinator.
