Having garnered a reputation and subsequent following for being one of the few places outside of Japan where consumers could get their hands on brands such as OriginalFake and Deluxe, INVINCIBLE has also been at the forefront of numerous collaborative projects with an inclination towards producing rare footwear.
Serving as one of Taipei’s landmark stores, INVINCIBLE’s latest store concept is refined and mature with the adoption of a highly polished, minimal aesthetic that is presumably easy to shop and maintain — serving well to not detract attention away from the quality of products stocked within its walls. In addition to their already impressive brand list, INVINCIBLE will now be stocking the likes of visvim, SOPHNET, F.C.R.B, uniform experiment, retaW and Jason Markk. Footwear is rumored to remain one of their main priorities as they continue to stock and collaborate with the very latest collections from brands like Nike, adidas, Reebok, New Balance and ASICS.
Stay tuned to INVINCIBLE for more information on its reopening and efforts to continue introducing large European consumables into the Asian market.
Taiwan is a different place from when I first visited in the nineties. Taipei is so modern now, and sure, I had hot noodles while taking a bullet train across the island. But if you visit, don’t get distracted by all that. Go hiking in the mountains around the city, find the waterfalls, and eat at the night markets – even the weird looking stuff. It’s hella good, I’m telling you.
