Siam Center x Medicom Toy (Japan) Worldwide Tour II Be@rbrick

The Siam Center in Bangkok has announced it has joined forces with Japanese toy manufacturer Medicom Toy to host the famed Be@rbrick World Wide Tour II, an exhibition that showcases some of the rarest and highly-coveted bear figurines in existence. Among the limited edition Bearbricks on display will be from graffiti artist Andre Saraiva, illustrator James Jarvis, photographer Mika Ninagawa, NEIGHBORHOOD founder Shinsuke Takizawa and Hong Kong native Edison Chen.

In addition to a commemorative tribute to Thai graphic designer and street artist Mamafaka, a Thai-themed Bearbrick wearing Muay Thai shorts and gloves, and the traditional Mongkol and Prajioud, will also be released.

The Be@rbrick Worldwide Tour 2 runs through until July 13.

NEIGHBORHOOD (Japan) x Dinex 2015 Spring/Summer Campany/P-Mugs

Produced in the USA by renowned homeware purveyor Dinex for NEIGHBORHOOD’s Spring/Summer 2015 collection comes a small 2-pack capsule of P-Mugs. Designed from an insulated thermal plastic, the cups feature classic NBHD military inspired branding in two alternate colorways.

The Dinex P-Mug’s compact design has been a steady part of American camping culture for many years now, so aligning with its usual stance on the integration of classic elements into each collection, it is no wonder NEIGHBORHOOD has chosen the American stalwart for the upcoming season.

The Dinex 2015 Spring/Summer Campany/P-Mugs are now available from Haven for $49 USD.

NEIGHBORHOOD (Japan) 2015 Spring/Summer BOOZE. COLT CE-INCENSE CHAMBER

Japanese streetwear imprint NEIGHBORHOOD has become known for its irreverent incense chambers, with those shaped like a bulldog, an eagle and a grim reaper just a few of the offbeat designs we have seen over the past few years. This one is perhaps the boldest, however, taking on the shape of a hand gripping a .45 handgun. This iconic fire arm was used by the U.S. armed forces for over a century — very fitting considering NEIGHBORHOOD’s affinity for classic Americana clothing and aesthetic.

Crafted from Kaolin clay, which is the same material found in traditional Chinese ceramic wear, the chamber features a subtle oxidized finish in black or green, and when lit gives the appearance of a smoking gun.

Grab it now from Samplekickz for a price of $1,180 HKD (approximately $150 USD).

NEIGHBORHOOD x Medicom Toy VCD SHADOW FLOCKEY Toy

NEIGHBORHOOD has teamed up with Medicom Toy again on a vinyl collectible called the “VCD Shadow Flockey,” following the release of its gray version. The black canine features a distinct collar and velvet finish. It will be available at select stockists including NEIGHBORHOOD and HOODS beginning April 25, while online sales will launch May 1.

Available in very limited amounts, make sure to check out Medicom Toy’s website for more information, with its retailing price set at ¥ 7,560 JPY (approximately $1,200 USD).

NEIGHBORHOOD (Japan) x Helinox Camping Collection

Longtime friends adidas Originals and Japanese label NEIGHBORHOOD have released another sneaker to add to their extensive collaborative offerings. First seen back in February, this understated Pro Model is dressed in a premium leather Night Marine upper with a shell toe, vulcanised midsole and leather Three Stripe details. The traditional NEIGHBORHOOD pirate logo gets the Three Stripe treatment as well, and is featured on both back heels on this otherwise minimal style.

Check out the NEIGHBORHOOD x adidas Pro Model Night Marine collaboration above and keep an eye out for these at select adidas Originals retailers, available now for a price of $125 USD.
